This role is responsible for ensuring perfect alignment of the demand plan with our customers, driving flawless execution, and leading the effective implementation of our commercial strategy across all modern points of sale.In this role, you will:Supply Chain Optimization: Forecast demand with precision based on sell-out data to optimize sales planning and reduce negative inventory levels, thereby preventing shortages and stock-outs.Retail Execution Excellence: Conduct regular trade visits to ensure the correct availability and strategic implementation of products at points of sale.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact with commercial, supply, and logistics teams, ensuring active participation in review meetings with customer buyers to support Key Account Managers.Performance Monitoring: Continuously supervise key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sell-out, sell-in, in-stock DOH, FR, PSA, and Promax to ensure accurate rebate creation and overall business health.Direct Account Management: Work directly with each point of sale to ensure the flawless execution of commercial strategies and AMPS.What we look for:We are looking for a professional with a degree in Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the commercial area within the consumer goods industry, specifically managing clients in the modern trade channel.Required Skills & Qualifications:Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency.Intermediate English language skills.Must have own transportation.Strong analytical skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.A proven problem-solving mindset.Workplace type:HybridOur values-based culture connects to our purpose and empowers people to be their best, professionally and personally.
