Job Description

该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责: 1.负责客户规格导入; 2.客户质量客诉处理,,客户8D报告的撰写,组织相关部门讨论,制定纠正及预防改善措施,并跟进关闭; 3.定期与客户进行质量拜访,了解客户需求,并每月对客户投诉进行评审,总结经验教训并标准化;客户退货产品的统计分析,协同相关部门制定对应的改善方案,跟踪实施情况并验证;推动产品品质改善,给出验收; 经验要求: 1.有客诉处理经验,熟悉8D报告; 2.熟悉PCB; 3.英语能力好,有对接A客户或其他欧美客户优先;
