Job Description
该职位来源于猎聘 工作职责： 1.负责客户规格导入； 2.客户质量客诉处理,，客户8D报告的撰写，组织相关部门讨论，制定纠正及预防改善措施，并跟进关闭； 3.定期与客户进行质量拜访，了解客户需求，并每月对客户投诉进行评审，总结经验教训并标准化；客户退货产品的统计分析，协同相关部门制定对应的改善方案，跟踪实施情况并验证；推动产品品质改善，给出验收； 经验要求： 1.有客诉处理经验，熟悉8D报告； 2.熟悉PCB； 3.英语能力好，有对接A客户或其他欧美客户优先；
