We are committed to innovation, reliability, and excellence, and are expanding our team in Turkey to strengthen our market presence.Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated and experienced Crane Sales Specialist to be based in Diyarbakır. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and promoting SANY's full range of crane products (including mobile cranes, crawler cranes, and tower cranes) within the Eastern Anatolia and Western Black Sea regions. This role involves developing new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through frequent travel to surrounding provinces.Key Responsibilities:Sales and Business Development: Identify and target new clients, including construction companies, contractors, and other potential buyers in the designated territory. Present, demonstrate, and close sales for SANY crane products.Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share within the Eastern Anatolia and Western Black Sea regions. This includes prospecting, lead generation, and converting leads into sales.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions using SANY's product offerings. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights to inform business strategy.Collaboration: Coordinate with the product support and service teams to ensure effective after-sales support, addressing customer inquiries and issues promptly.Qualifications and Experience:Experience: Prior experience in sales, preferably within the crane sector, construction machinery, or heavy equipment industry. Candidates with a proven sales track record in related industrial sectors will also be considered.Language Skills:Turkish: Fluent (required for daily communication).English: Minimal proficiency is acceptable, sufficient for basic communication and understanding technical documentation.Mobility: Must be willing and able to undertake frequent travel within the Eastern Anatolia and Western Black Sea regions. A valid driver's license is required.Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently to meet sales targets.
