We are looking for a recent graduate in construction machinery to join our team, learn, and participate in equipment maintenance and customer service, providing high-quality support to our customers in Sweden.Key ResponsibilitiesEquipment Maintenance & RepairAssist in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs of SANY cranes and lifting equipment.Participate in routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal machine performance.Learn to identify and resolve basic mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical system issues.Customer Support & ServiceSupport on-site and remote technical assistance to customers, ensuring service quality.Learn to educate customers on machine operation, maintenance, and best practices.Help maintain strong customer relationships through professional and timely service.Technical Reporting & DocumentationAssist in maintaining accurate records of service activities, including work reports and maintenance logs.Learn to use digital tools and diagnostic software to document machine conditions and repairs.Provide basic feedback to engineering and product teams to help improve equipment reliability.Parts & Inventory ManagementSupport ordering and managing spare parts to ensure service efficiency.Learn proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.Compliance & SafetyFollow company and industry safety standards while performing tasks.Understand and comply with environmental and regulatory guidelines related to crane servicing.QualificationsEducationGraduates or recent graduates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Machinery, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field are welcome to apply.Skills & CompetenciesBasic knowledge of hydraulic systems, diesel engines, and electrical systems.Ability to read and understand technical manuals and electrical/mechanical schematics.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.Strong learning ability, hands-on skills, and a sense of responsibility.Language RequirementsFluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).Preferred: Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written).Other RequirementsProactive and eager to learn and grow within a team environment.Willing to travel within Sweden for service tasks.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits.Structured training and career development opportunities, ideal for recent graduates.Dynamic and supportive work environment.Opportunity to work with cutting-edge lifting and crane equipment.ITP pension and health insurance plan.
