Job Description

We’re looking for an agent / commercial partner for studio*inutile (A kindred spirit, not just a professional role)We are studioinutile*, a small creative studio born between Milan and Paris. We craft experiences: identities, spaces, gestures, stories. We work where design, conviviality, detail, and vision meet: that precise place where beauty becomes essential. We’re an interdisciplinary duo with an international, sensitive, and diverse portfolio. For us, every project is a form of care: care for spaces, materials, flavours, quiet gestures, and the emotions that linger without making noise. Our work is built on precision, poetry, and an obsession for what others call “details.”Because for us, details are everything.Today, we are looking for the person who completes the circle: an agent, commercial partner, representative - or anyone who feels they can be the bridge between us and the world.Someone who can open doors, build connections, nurture relationships, imagine strategies, truly believe in our work and guide it toward the right people.Who we’re looking for (beyond job titles):someone with experience and an international mindset, comfortable navigating different professional cultures (as we do);someone kind — always — because kindness is non-negotiable for us;someone courageous, able to speak the truth even when it’s uncomfortable, with respect and clarity;someone capable of working independently, without needing constant direction;someone who isn’t looking for “just a job,” but a purpose — who brings passion rather than the logic of doing the bare minimum; We are open to representation-based collaborations with percentage compensation, and - in the long term - to welcoming someone who may feel part of the studio and grow within it.If all this resonates, write to us.Tell us who you are, what drives you, and why you believe we could be a strong match.📩 ciao@studioinutile.com 🌐 www.studioinutile.com
