We rely on automation tools, AI systems, CRM integrations, and design workflows to keep global creative and client focused teams connected.If you want a practical, high-impact internship where your work has real users and visible impact — this is it.This Praktik is unpaid, in line with Swedish and EU practical training norms, with significant professional development.About the RoleYou will help design, organize, and automate workflows across:Zapier, Make.com and other automation platformsSalesforce integrations using Google SheetsGoogle Sheets dashboards, protected fields, structured data and access controlEmail automation via Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar toolsAI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Runway, and simple AI-powered workflowsCMS updates (Wix or similar) connected to structured dataContent repurposing, simple UX/UI flows, asset organizationOperational efficiency systems including templates, pipelines, triggers, and taggingOptional: introductory Python or scripting if you already know itYou will work closely with management and help build the studio’s internal creative and operational backbone.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain automations using Zapier or MakeIntegrate Salesforce with Google Sheets using structured field mappingSet up Sheets → CRM → email platform automationsCreate dashboards, filters, protected ranges, and organized access tiersDevelop workflows for Mailchimp or Klaviyo campaignsOrganize data structures and streamline retrieval processesAssist with automation for creative content workflows and publishingOptional: assist with AI-driven visual or video tools (Runway, Figma workflows, etc.)Optional: support CMS updates, layouts, and content organizationWe Are Looking For Candidates WhoAre studying UX, design, creative, AI, marketing, computer science, media technology, design technology, IT, automation, or creative digital fieldsEnjoy both creative and technical problem-solvingWant to learn about automations, zapier integration and email automationLike building systems, templates, and workflowsHave experience or interest in tools like Zapier or MakeAre comfortable with Google Sheets structures and formulasHave interest in CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)Can think in flows, blocks, and systems rather than isolated tasksAre organized, detail-oriented, and self-directedBonus: experience with AI tools, Wix, CMS platforms, APIs, or design tools such as FigmaWhat You Will GainExperience working at the intersection of creativity, automation, and AIExposure to workflows across media, publishing, design, and operationsPractical use of Zapier, Make, Sheets, AI tools, and CRM integrationsPortfolio-ready examples of systems, dashboards, and creative workflowsExperience with AI-enabled content tools including Runway and GPT modelsAn environment where your systems are used dailyPotential for follow-on roles in creative technology, operations, or automationInternship DetailsCompany: Freja North StudiosLocation: StockholmStructure: Unpaid PraktikSchedule: Flexible with school/exam needsStart Dates: RollingCommitment: Onsite due to access to internal systems. 4 to 5 days a week.Cross-Internship OpportunitiesUpon successful completion, high-performing interns may be considered for additional internships or expanded roles in creative operations, automation, publishing workflows, or roles within our wider group’s offices in Stockholm, London, New York, and Zurich.
