Position SummaryThe Quality Control Associate—Creative plays a key role in supporting the studio by ensuring all creative deliverables are error-free, meet specifications, and align with brand standards. This department takes great pride in delivering accurate, high-quality files with speed and precision. QC is an essential part of both the team and the final product.
Job Duties *Work closely with the project managers/production teams to ensure that jobs are completed in a timely manner*Keep production schedules on track during shift transitionsFundamental understanding of different specifications for digital and social media deliverables for static and video*Perform all quality control for the studio, which includes but is not limited to ensuring the following:
All proofs are of perfect qualityProofs pass internal quality control specifications for the specification set by the client per brief/guidelines, this includes but not limited to reviewing for accurate file naming, file specifications, and proofing for copy or brand errors. Ability to understand technical workflow (AI or other type of tool) and how quality will need to be included in this workflow for final perfect deliverables.
*Ensure the completed job by the studio meets the exact brief given in the tracker of ticketHelp Project Managers/production team to ensure that all files that come in are of suitable quality to work with at the start of the campaign or project*Monitor the quality of all work produced in the studio and support the Studio Manager and devise ways to prevent future errors*Ensure all operators file and name work correctly, including the artists, and adhere to the appropriate workflows for any projectHelp to release jobs during busy periodsHelp to ensure all time and materials are logged on jobs by operatorsWhen necessary, write copy points for the promotional materialsConstant communication with the account management teamsJob QualificationsA bachelor’s degree in English or Journalism is preferred, or equivalent work experience is required.
