Our FI client is looking for an Interaction Designer to join their Loyalty/ Rewards team! This role will be 12+ months, fulltime hours per week, and 3-4x per week onsite downtown.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applicationsConduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisionsCollaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define design requirementsCreate wireframes, mockups, and visual designs using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative SuiteApply design thinking principles to solve complex problems and improve user experienceEnsure designs are responsive and adhere to accessibility standardsStay updated on design trends and best practices to continually improve product designQualifications5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or similar roleStrong skills in User Interface (UI) and Visual DesignProficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and prototyping toolsExperience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plusSolid understanding of responsive design and usability principlesFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and working in a collaborative environmentIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information.
