Creative /Concept Lead – Events & ExhibitionsAs a Concept Lead, you’ll drive the creative vision behind brand experiences and spatial storytelling, translating brand identities into emotionally engaging concepts that connect with audiences. You’ll shape the narrative, tone, and visual direction of projects, ensuring ideas are both strategically aligned and creatively inspiring.You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams — from strategy and client servicing to 3D design — to bring ideas to life through storytelling decks, mood boards, and creative frameworks. The role also involves mentoring mid-level designers, setting creative standards, and keeping the team inspired by global design and cultural trends.Key Must-Haves6+ years of experience in experiential, spatial, or brand design (agency or brand side).Proven background developing concepts for large-scale activations or campaigns.Strong storytelling and visual presentation skills.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and presentation tools.Strategic thinker with the ability to turn insights into creative direction.Familiarity with 3D design workflows (SketchUp, Rhino a plus).Excellent collaboration and communication skills.Degree in design, communication, or a related creative field.Nice to HaveExperience using AI tools for creative ideation.Bilingual (Arabic preferred).Strong sense for 3D spatial design.Passion for emerging cultural and design trends.
