We are searching for a Creative Content & Media Producer who is both a highly skilled creative technician and a camera-ready communicator.ROLE OVERVIEWThis role combines:1. Live & Post-Production Media Expertise(OBS broadcasting, editing, sound design, motion graphics, AI tools, and full production pipeline.)2. Co-Hosting & On-Air Commentary(Research, global analysis, communication, storytelling, camera presence.)The ideal candidate is both behind the scenes and in front of the camera, powering the WayWaves Show on all levels.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES🎥 1. Live Production & Post-ProductionSet up and run all live broadcast operations using OBS Studio, including scenes, transitions, camera switching, overlays, and audio routing.Operate cameras, lighting, microphones, mixers, and multi-camera systems during live sessions.Troubleshoot issues in real time (audio feedback, frame drops, sync issues, network fluctuation, equipment failure).Create and deploy live broadcast graphics such as lower thirds, animated titles, countdowns, intro/outro videos, alerts, and overlays.Direct and coordinate live sessions, including timing cues, segment transitions, guest appearances, and anchor communication.Record and export live sessions into high-quality masters for repurposing.Edit full episodes, short clips, reels, promos, and cutdowns for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and the WayWayves platform.Perform color grading, audio cleanup, sound mixing, noise reduction, and final mastering.Use AI tools (Adobe AI, RunwayML, Descript, Firefly, ElevenLabs, etc.) to speed up graphics creation, video cleanup, transcription, and content repurposing.Organize production files, maintain backups, archive footage, and manage the entire media asset library.🎙️ 2. On-Air Co-Hosting / Co-AnchoringAppear on camera confidently as a co-host of the WayWaves Show.Deliver insightful commentary on global issues, Nigerian socio-political matters, Christian worldview topics, business, culture, and world events.Hold intelligent, engaging live conversations with the Lead Anchor.Handle audience interactions, live chat contributions, guest interviews, and in-show improv.Maintain strong camera presence, composure, and energy during long broadcasts.📚 3.
