Beyond marketing campaigns, this role also involves creating content for products and services, ensuring every word helps people engage with their finances in meaningful ways.Working closely with the wider marketing team, the Creative Copywriter will bring fresh ideas to the table, contribute to creative campaigns, and help define the tone and personality of the brand. This is an opportunity for someone who not only writes exceptional copy but also enjoys making it clever, shareable, and memorable.Key responsibilities include:Multi-channel content creation: Write copy across the funnel—website, email, social media, landing pages, and long-form content—ensuring messages resonate with diverse employee audiences.Creative campaign ideation: Collaborate with design and marketing colleagues to conceptualise and deliver integrated campaigns, product launches, partnership initiatives, and seasonal content that engages and converts.Brand storytelling and messaging: Transform complex financial concepts into compelling, emotive narratives. Craft value propositions, case studies, and educational content that are clear, persuasive, and accessible.Tone of voice guardianship: Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, adapting tone for different channels and audiences to make financial services approachable and engaging.Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with product, sales, and customer success teams to understand messaging needs and ensure words and visuals work seamlessly together.The ideal candidate will have:3+ years’ experience writing across multiple mediums, with a portfolio demonstrating versatility and creativity.Exceptional writing skills, able to flex tone from punchy social posts to persuasive landing pages and long-form content.Ability to synthesise customer insight into copy that resonates and drives engagement.Strong project management skills, managing multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.A high-agency, self-starter mindset, thriving in fast-paced startup environments with shifting priorities.A passion for copywriting, creative flair, and a desire to bring ideas that are witty, shareable, and memorable.Financial services experience is a bonus but not essential; a fast learner who can pick up industry nuances quickly is ideal.This is an exciting opportunity for a creative copywriter to make a visible impact on a scaling fintech, shaping the brand voice and helping thousands of people feel in control of their finances.
