Definitely a perfect place for you who love to travel and explore new things!Traveloka Creative Lab TeamYou’ll be serving Traveloka as an integral part of the Creative Lab team; an in-house creative team consisting of 40+ multidisciplinary creative talents, based in different Asia Pacific locations. With three different creative design domains–campaign creative, brand identity and production–we enhance the brand credibility to support business growth by crafting end-to-end communication assets for all channels. And most importantly building Traveloka through creative ideas and strategies that are anchored in customer insights, to truly connect the brand with its users.The Role: Creative Design LeadThis role will allow you the opportunity to shape and build creative vision for a specific market–in this case Singapore and Malaysia. You’ll be managing and growing your own team of high-skilled visual designers and copywriters, and together with them crafting the best campaign creatives and communication strategy for the market. Not just that, you’ll also be exposed to business needs, and get the insights about the users right from the source. It’s not only about being creative, but also to build a solid team and develop creative assets that connect to the business.Main areas:Define creative direction for the market(s) based on the regional brand and creative directionLead ideation, brainstorming session, creative exploration, and communication strategy development for all creative outputs: offline, online, in/out of App Be a trusted thinking partner for the Local Campaign Marketing Teams for communication strategyExecute in a fast-paced and highly fluid environment with minimum supervision, ensure that work is delivered to scope, quality, time and budgetMaking sure the communication adhere to and/or push the brand creative direction to evolve, while also supporting business growthResponsibilities:Coordinate with Creative Director, in maintaining the creative heights within the team and defining the overall creative directionWork together with Brand Identity Lead, Production Lead and other Local Creative Leads to ensure a coherent implementation of brand equity, design system and tone of voice within channels and marketsCollaborate closely with the Campaign Team for a smooth execution of local and regional campaignsCollaborate closely with the Product Design Team to ensure cohesive experience within the app/webAnalyzing their strength, weakness, and passions, managing and maximize their productivity, skill and growthWilling to contribute and roll up your sleeves as a copywriter and/or visual designer when needed‎RequirementsWe’re not looking for an executor, we’re looking for a creative mastermind with strong team management skills!First and foremost, we need someone with the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire the team.Minimum 7-9 years of communication design/marketing/advertising experience, with creative production knowledge (commercial video shoot, photo shoot, recording, etc.)Minimum 3-5 years industry experience in a management or leadership roleChampion in AI and/or automation based creative tools utilizationPossess strong expertise in tailoring communication design, preferably coming from a creative agency/in-house background with visual design and/or copywriting skillStrong comprehension and past experiences of managing of Singapore & Malaysia local creative team, with strong understanding of the market, communication landscape and the trendsMastery of conceptual thinking skills, campaign concept creation, translating business objectives into communication strategy with data-driven justificationStrong creative and conceptual vision for offline and online communication, and the ability to execute high quality communication outputs Ability to direct creative teams including visual communication designers, copywriters, motion graphic designers, story visualizersStrong leadership skills & work ethic; fearless, driven, agile, can-do attitude, constructive, committed to a vision even under pressureSuccessful experiences working with and selling ideas to stakeholders, articulate with good negotiation skill and strong conviction, best Strong time management and creative resource management capabilitiesHas demonstrated ability to direct and multi-task effectively under pressureCapability to advocate the importance of high quality engaging brand communication across Traveloka by outlining and demonstrating its many benefits to business performance‎If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
