About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and hands-on Employer Branding Associate to strengthen our company's employer brand through impactful storytelling and engaging visual content. This role combines creativity, design, and on-ground engagement to showcase our culture and people, helping position our company as an employer of choice.Job DescriptionContent Creation & DesignDesign visual content such as social media carousels, posters, and infographics that reflect our brand identity.Capture and edit photos and videos for employer branding purposes, including employee stories, team activities, and workplace highlights.Produce and edit short videos for social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.Maintain consistency in brand visuals, tone, and messaging across all materials.Brand Activation & EventsSupport and attend internal and external events such as job fairs, career talks, and company celebrations.Document and capture key moments from events, turning them into creative content.Assist in planning and executing campaigns that promote our company culture and employee experience.Job Requirement1–3 years of experience in employer branding, social media, or creative content creation.Strong skills in graphic design (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar).Ability to manage end-to-end creative projects independently.Good communication in English and collaboration skills.Comfortable attending and documenting company or external events.
