Creative Designer – Brand & Marketing

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa | Work Setup: On-siteSalary: Up to ₱35,000 per monthExperience: 1–3 years in creative production/design executionAs a Creative Designer, you'll support marketing and communication efforts through graphic design, presentation design, video production, and content publishing. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys collaborating across teams.Key Responsibilities🎨 1. Graphic DesignCreate digital and print materials (social media graphics, event collaterals, infographics, newsletters).Adapt global/master assets into multiple formats and sizes.Ensure brand consistency by following brand guidelines.📊 2. Presentation Design (PPT)Design basic to advanced-level PowerPoint presentations.Create clean, professional visuals: charts, icons, layouts, and diagrams.Maintain consistency through template standardization.🎬 3. Video Production & EditingEdit both short-form and long-form videos (AVPs, highlight reels, product demos, social content).Add motion graphics, transitions, music, and subtitles as needed.Repurpose video assets for various platforms and use cases.📰 4. Content Design & PublishingDesign layouts for newsletters, reports, and marketing campaigns.Work closely with writers to convert text into visual stories.Support content updates on CMS or internal platforms.⚙️ 5. Creative OperationsManage multiple production requests efficiently and meet deadlines.Maintain version control and archive design files correctly.Collaborate with senior designers, creative leads, and marketing stakeholders.Required Skills & Qualifications1–3 years of experience in creative production or design execution.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects.Strong skills in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite.Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or similar platforms is a plus.Basic video editing and motion graphics skills.Strong attention to detail in layout, typography, and branding.
