The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing engaging visual content across print, digital, and multimedia platforms. This role requires proficiency in design software, strong visual storytelling ability, and hands-on experience with photography, videography, and lighting setup for professional content creationJob ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design & Branding •Develop visually appealing graphics, layouts, and marketing materials (brochures, banners, social media creatives, digital ads, etc.) in line with brand guidelines. • Design brand assets for digital campaigns, product launches, events, and corporate communications. • Maintain consistent brand identity across all visual touchpoints. • Support campaign ideation with creative input and produce assets that communicate key messages effectively. Multimedia Production • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos for marketing, social media, and corporate purposes. • Produce multimedia content such as motion graphics, animations, promotional videos, and short-form social media clips. • Operate camera equipment for both studio and on-location shoots. • Set up and manage lighting systems to ensure optimal visual quality during video and photo sessions. • Edit videos for promotional content, interviews, events, and behind-the-scenes footage using professional editing software. • Sound design and color grading experience. Creative Direction & Collaboration • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns. • Translate marketing objectives into compelling visual stories that engage and inspire target audiences. • Support internal teams with design materials for presentations, proposals, and publications. Technical & Administrative Tasks • Manage and organize multimedia assets and archives for easy access and reuse. • Ensure timely delivery of all creative materials while maintaining high production standards. • Keep abreast of design trends, tools, and best practices in multimedia and visual communicationQualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or related field. • Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience in graphic design and multimedia production. • Proficiency in design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom) or equivalent tools. • Strong photography and videography skills, including camera handling. • Knowledge of lighting techniques and ability to set up and adjust lighting for various shooting conditions. • Excellent visual composition and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. • Strong communication, creativity, and teamwork skills.
