About Bed Threads:Bed Threads was launched in 2017 with the mission to make the luxury of a good night’s sleep and beautiful home a reality for all, through our high-quality products, inspiring content, and inclusive community. We have a particular focus on art, colour, and playful design, with a mission to encourage you to make your home your own.Bed Threads is seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead and evolve the brand’s creative direction across product, campaign and content. With strong e-commerce growth and expanding retail partnerships, we are entering our next chapter — and are looking for a creative leader to shape it.The RoleThe Creative Director will define, develop and protect the Bed Threads visual identity across all touch points — digital, social, print, packaging, retail and experiential.This is a senior leadership role responsible for:Setting the creative vision and evolving the brand’s aestheticLeading campaign concept development and art direction across product launches and key commercial momentsOverseeing photoshoots from ideation through to final executionPartnering closely with Marketing, Product and Leadership to align creative with business strategyMentoring and leading the in-house design teamDriving best-practice visual standards across performance marketing, editorial and retail environmentsInfluencing product storytelling, colour direction and brand positioningWe are seeking a creative leader who can balance exceptional taste and craft with commercial clarity.About YouYou are an experienced creative leader with 8–12+ years in design, art direction or brand leadership, ideally within a mid- to high-end fashion, lifestyle or homewares brand.You likely come from:A premium Australian fashion or lifestyle brandA refined, design-led retail environmentA digitally-native brand with strong campaign and content cultureYou bring:Proven experience leading and mentoring creative teamsStrong cross-channel expertise across brand, digital and retailA sharp, modern aesthetic and deep understanding of colour, typography and compositionConfidence presenting creative vision at leadership levelA commercial mindset — understanding how creative drives acquisition, retention and brand growthYou have experience with Figma as well as Adobe CCYou are strategic, decisive and collaborative — with a genuine passion for building brands with longevity.This is an opportunity to:Shape the creative future of a recognised Australian brandLead major seasonal campaigns and brand evolutionInfluence product direction and storytellingBuild and scale a high-performing creative teamOperate at the intersection of design, culture and commercePlease apply with a link to your portfolio or website
