SCOPE OF WORK:1. Shape and Elevate the Creative Function (Copy-Led Focus)• Lead and cultivate a creative culture where messaging quality and brand voice are at the forefront.• Establish effective tools, systems, and workflows that empower the creative team to deliver strategic,insight-driven content aligned with Golden Group’s brand vision.• Ensure all creative output reflects a strong narrative, clarity in communication, and emotional resonance.2. Messaging Strategy & Copy Solutions• Develop compelling messaging frameworks and creative strategies tailored to each campaign and platform,guided by the consumer journey and key brand touchpoints.• Craft, refine, and oversee copy that aligns with brand tone, audience insights, and marketing objectives.• Transform brand awareness into tangible value by using the power of words to drive engagement,consideration, and action.3. Campaign Execution & Creative Excellence• Lead the end-to-end process from idea to execution, ensuring messaging is consistent, relevant, and highimpact across all deliverables.• Collaborate closely with design, strategy, and media teams to bring concepts to life through unifiedstorytelling.• Maintain the highest standards of copy quality and strategic storytelling in every project.4. Copy Consultancy & Client Partnership• Serve as a strategic advisor on messaging, storytelling, and content tone — ensuring creative output meetsclient business and communication goals.• Act as the main creative contact point for clients, providing guidance on content direction and positioning.• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals, integrating feedback into stronger, morerefined copy solutions.5. Framework Building & Team Development• Create and maintain content guidelines, messaging frameworks, and copy review processes to ensureconsistency and quality.• Design and deliver internal training programs in storytelling, copywriting, creative thinking, and brand voicedevelopment.• Continuously assess and develop the writing team’s capabilities, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration,and creative excellence.REQUIREMENT:- Minimum 7 years in creative leadership roles, with a proven track record of developing breakthrough ideas and drivingcontent-led brand transformation.- Strong portfolio showcasing copy-driven campaigns, strategic storytelling, and creative excellence across platforms.- Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring creative teams — inspiring high performance, collaboration, andgrowth.- Proven ability to work across departments (strategy, account, media, design) to deliver integrated multi-channelcampaigns with consistent and compelling narratives.- Strong client leadership skills – able to translate business challenges into creative solutions and build long-termpartnerships.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate big ideas with clarity,empathy, and conviction- Highly organized with a sharp eye for detail, deadlines, and quality control in a fast-paced, high-output creativeenvironment.- Familiarity with AI-powered content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Grammarly, Jasper) and ability to integrate them into thecontent development workflow- Experience in building or applying tone of voice systems, brand messaging frameworks, and content architecture forbrands.- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, content formats, and audience behavior across platformsSome Benefit:With our open management model, we aim to provide financial, personal health, and mental well-being benefits through:• Profit-sharing program for all employees.• Performance evaluation based on capability, not managerial level.• PVI health insurance.• Mental health leave.• Training and development programs.• Annual company trips and internal bonding activities, along with meaningful community programs.
