Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION: This is a senior creative role that requires you to assume leadership on assigned brands on a global and regional level, behaving as a creative partner to clients, strategists and account management. You will be expected to: · Uphold the creative reputation of the agency · Provide overall thought-leadership in the area of communications solutions · Provide clear direction to teams on their creative work, ensuring that it meets the client’s goals and strategies · Oversee all creative development from concept to final delivery · Proactively contribute to the client’s business growth and brand fame through best-in-class demonstrations of creative prowess · Foster an environment that encourages effective and efficient development of the creative product in and among the teams you’ll be working with · Monitor all project milestones, deliverables and risks and be a bridge to account leaders and senior management, communicating progress, issues and accomplishments · Work with Account Directors to secure and drive new initiatives for clients, from efforts to grow an existing business organically or new business pitches POSSESS KNOWLEDGE OR QUALITIES OF THE FOLLOWING: · Ability to prepare and deliver convincing and winning arguments and presentations · Up to speed on culture and best-in-class creative campaigns · A developed and high level of copy and visual literacy · A solid understanding of generative AI and the ability to wield it effectively
