Through innovation and digital solutions, we aim to enhance accessibility, streamline processes, and create a seamless user experience.About The RoleThe Creative Lead is responsible for leading the creative team, including designers, motion graphic artists, and videographers, to produce strong and consistent visual content. This role manages the creative process from concept to final delivery, ensuring all materials reflect the brand's identity and goals. The Creative Lead combines creativity and leadership to guide the team, maintain high design standards, and work closely with other departments to bring ideas to life.Key Responsibilities: Lead the overall creative vision and strategy to ensure all visual communications align with brand identity and business objectives. Translate marketing and campaign briefs into strong, clear creative concepts and storytellingMaintain consistency in tone, look, and feel across all brand and campaign materials. Continuously elevate creative quality by staying updated on design trends and new media innovations. Oversee the creative production process from concept to final output across various media formats. Ensure all creative materials meet brand standards, technical requirements, and project timelines. Collaborate with external vendors, freelancers, and production partners to deliver high-quality outputs within budget. Review and approve all creative materials before release to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency. Manage and mentor the creative team designers, motion graphic artists, and videographers to deliver high quality and cohesive outputs. Provide clear creative direction, feedback, and performance guidance to ensure continuous growth and excellence. Foster collaboration with marketing, digital, and event teams to ensure unified brand communication. Plan and manage team workloads, priorities, and resources to ensure timely and efficient deliveryRequirementsBachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in creative leadership or art direction roles. Proven ability to lead and manage creative teams including designers, motion artists, and videographers. Strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence across branding, design, and multimedia projects. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.). Strong understanding of brand strategy, storytelling, and digital content trends. Excellent creative direction and visual communication skills with high attention to detail. Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills to align creative output with strategic goals. Solid project management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines. Passion for creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement in visual storytelling.
