We currently own and operate 200+ outlets across India, UAE, Malaysia and Oman.  Job Title: Creative Lead - CopyReporting: Brand HeadLocation: Bangalore (on-site)Experience: 7-9 years Job Type: Full TimeRole OverviewAs the Creative Lead, you will spearhead a multidisciplinary creative team of art director, graphic designers, and video editor, while also contributing hands-on as a copywriter. You will turn business and brand challenges into powerful creative ideas that drive impact. In this role, you will elevate the creative output across copy, design, film/video, and content for both digital and mainline communication. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the creative vision from concept to execution across copy, design, video/film, and content for sales, brand, and retail initiatives.Be the custodian of Barbeque Nation’s brand voice and visual identity across all touchpoints.Develop and oversee creative assets for social media, performance creatives, emailers, website, app, in-store communication, packaging, and more.Partner closely with regional marketing, social media, performance, CRM, and delivery teams to translate strategy into standout creative solutions.Collaborate with external agencies (PR, influencer, content), freelancers, and production partners.Explore new formats, push creative boundaries, and use insights to sharpen communication.Manage timelines, workloads, and workflows to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.Drive freshness, consistency, and creative excellence across every piece of work. Skills & QualificationsCreative thinker with strong digital-first and strategic mindset.Copy-led with a solid understanding of design.7–9 years of experience in a creative role in advertising agencies, or other creative companies or in-house brand teams.Experience in Food & Beverages or Restaurant brands is a plus.A strong portfolio showcasing impactful work across formats—print, film/video, social, and content.Experience with both digital campaigns and ATL.Passionate about food, culture, and storytelling.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to craft, guide, and lead creative executions from idea to production.Ability to mentor and inspire creative talent.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
