They offers players an immersive experience where every tap syncs with the beat, blending engaging gameplay with dynamic sound and visual design to create a truly unique gaming journey.Responsibilities & RequirementsEnsure the creative direction aligns with marketing goals, delivering outputs on time and meeting weekly deadlines.Ensure the creative direction aligns with the technical implementation of the game, making sure all creative ideas are feasible and consistent with the overall goals of the game department.Provide a 3 to 6 month creative plan as requested, outlining the company’s creative direction and priorities. This should include reports, trends, and other key matters concerning the creatives of Soundbeats.Ensure high-quality store listing assets, such as screenshots, app icons, feature graphics, and promotional materials.Ensure that the mobile game and video ads follow a clear creative plan, deciding whether to synchronize both visuals or keep them distinct.Plan and define the UI design and user experience, including layouts, color schemes, animations, transitions, loader screens, and visual effects.Create and deliver all design assets for developers to implement, ensuring proper documentation and versioning for smooth handoff.Direct the visual style of 3D characters, weapons, props, font style, and other in-game objects, ensuring they match the brand’s identity and technical constraints.Define the look and style of environments for both ads and gameplay, including lighting, mood, atmosphere, and visual polish.Be hands-on with UI and gameplay creative design when necessary, ensuring environments/characters align with the creative vision while staying within mobile performance and technical limits using Unity Engine or other needed platforms when necessary.Oversee the creation of branding elements, such as typography, logos, color palettes, and overall brand identity for Soundbeats.Manage the production of video trailers, promotional clips, and creative storyboards, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns.Ensure consistency of the visual identity across all media, including in-game assets, marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor visuals, and best practices to keep Soundbeats’ creative direction fresh and competitive.Maintain strong cross-department collaboration, ensuring creative ideas align seamlessly with development and marketing. Lead the planning, strategizing, and execution of all key creative decisions.
