Job Descriptions:Lead the creative development of brand campaigns, promotional materials, and in-store communications aligned with retail business objectives.Manage the end-to-end creative process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all touchpoints.Develop and implement innovative visual conceptsMaintain and update brand guidelines and creative assets to ensure consistency and relevancy in all retail marketing activities.Supervise the creation and management of visual content, including photography, graphic design, and video production for retail campaigns.Monitor current trends in retail marketing, design, and technology, integrating best practices to keep the brand fresh and competitive.Mentor and develop the creative team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Minimum 8 years of experience in creative roles within the retail or consumer goods industry.Proven ability to manage creative projects from concept through execution with strong attention to detail.Expertise in multichannel marketing strategies and retail branding.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant design software.Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.Ability to work effectively under pressure, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and color theory with strong creative vision.Experience in motion graphics and video editing.Familiarity with photography and production processes.Understanding of consumer behavior and retail market dynamics.
