About RoseberryRoseberry is an early-stage media-tech startup shaping the future of short-form entertainment - where cinematic storytelling meets interactive, mobile-first technology.We’re creating immersive, story-driven experiences that redefine how audiences engage with short-form content.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Creative Manager to lead the design, production, and optimization of creatives for social media and user acquisition campaigns.This role owns the creative strategy across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google, and organic social channels -bridging data insights with storytelling to craft high-performing, platform-native content.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage the creative strategy for UA campaigns and social platforms.Lead the production of static, video, and interactive creatives (with a focus on short-form video).Build and manage a pipeline of ad variations for A/B testing and rapid iteration.Collaborate closely with the UA team to align creative direction with targeting and performance goals.Partner with influencers and external creators on co-branded and performance-driven content.Maintain brand consistency across all channels and assets.Analyze creative performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPI) and use insights to guide new concepts.Manage external designers, editors, and agencies when needed to scale production.Requirements2-3 years experience in creative production for mobile UA or social platforms.Deep understanding of platform-native content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).Strong storytelling and video editing skills.Knowledge of creative performance metrics and their impact on campaign success.Ability to translate data into actionable creative direction.Experience managing external creative resources (freelancers, studios, or agencies).Background in entertainment, gaming, or content-driven apps is a plus.Think you might be a good fit?
