We’re proud to be elite partners with TikTok (Top 1 globally), Meta (Top 10), and Google.With a team of 300+ professionals across the U.S., Czech Republic, Poland, Ukraine, and more, we are building a fast-moving, data-first performance culture.We are looking for a Creative Manager to join our Performance Marketing Agency and help drive the development of data-driven, high-performing ad creatives for user acquisition campaigns across global markets. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking with creative insight, understanding what makes ads convert and how to lead designers toward producing top-performing concepts.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze the performance of ad creatives (CTR, CPI, ROAS, etc.) and generate actionable insights for optimizationPrepare detailed technical briefs for designers based on analytics, benchmarks, and performance trendsMonitor competitors and analyze their creative strategies, identifying trends, best practices, and inspiration opportunitiesManage and coordinate creative tasks for in-house and remote designers, ensuring timely delivery and quality outputResearch references, creative examples, and emerging trends to fuel new concepts and campaignsParticipate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to idea generation for ad campaignsRequirements1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, creative marketing, or performance marketingUnderstanding of user acquisition principles and creative strategyStrong grasp of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPI, ROAS, etc.) and ability to make data-informed decisionsExperience working with task management tools (Trello, Notion, Jira, or similar)Excellent communication and coordination skills; ability to manage projects and align cross-functional teamsAnalytical mindset — capable of interpreting data and turning it into creative directionEnglish proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higherWhat We Offer:Hybrid position in Warsaw or Remote (Poland and Ukraine)Competitive compensationFlexible working hoursAll necessary equipmentPaid vacation and sick leavesEducational support: reimbursement of certification, training, and knowledge-sharing atmosphereCompany events and multiple internal activitiesOpen feedback and transparent direct communicationOur Recruitment Process:CV checkRecruiter InterviewHiring Manager InterviewFinal Interview with the CEOSBC is an inclusive employer that celebrates diversity.
