In addition to the Yiwu head office, we have also set up buying offices in Hangzhou, Shenzhen and Singapore.As we expand our presence in the UK market, we are looking for a talented Creative Manager to join our team and lead the development of innovative home decoration products that resonate with our international clientele. Job Purpose As a Creative Manager, you will be responsible for leading the creativity and development of our home decor products, ensuring they align with market trends, brand identity, and customer expectations. You will lead a product development team, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a key role in shaping our future product lines.--- Key Responsibilities1. Trend Research: - Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in home decoration, materials, and consumer preferences. - Translate insights into actionable design concepts that resonate with target audiences. 2.Customer & Market Insights- Conduct regular competitor and market trend research, analyze consumer needs, and provide data-driven insights for product design and brand strategy.- Communicate with clients (e.g., retail chains, distributors) to understand their needs and deliver customized design solutions.3.Design Collaboration:- Organize the market trends and customized design solutions obtained from research into a report and present it to designers.- Review design drafts and samples to ensure they meet market and client expectations.4. Cross-functional Collaboration: - Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure designs meet commercial goals and customer needs. - Present design concepts to senior management and stakeholders. 5. Budget & Timeline Management: - Manage design budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. ---Requirements:Education- A bachelor's degree or above is required.
