Job Title: Creative Marketing Virtual AssistantLocation: RemoteTime Zone: US (EST–PST)Role OverviewWe’re hiring a Creative Marketing Virtual Assistant to support marketing execution and creative coordination. This role blends virtual assistance with hands-on graphic/design support—ideal for someone who enjoys admin structure but can also work confidently with templates and brand assets.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate marketing tasks, timelines, and approvals across the teamPrepare design-ready assets (resize, reformat, export, version control) using templatesMaintain brand files, creative libraries, and campaign foldersSupport Google account provisioning and access setup for new employeesAssist with social media and email marketing support (posting, scheduling, formatting)Track deliverables and update status reports for ongoing campaignsProvide general admin support (meeting notes, simple research, follow-ups)Required QualificationsNon-negotiable: Prior remote work experience; fluent with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar); ideally has supported US or UK-based companies—applications without this experience will not be consideredExperience supporting marketing teams in a VA/Coordinator capacityStrong Canva skills; comfortable with basic design principles (spacing, typography, layout)Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize, and meet deadlinesExcellent written communication and a high standard for accuracyPreferred QualificationsBasic Adobe (Photoshop/Illustrator) or Figma familiarityExperience working in a creative agency or production environmentUnderstanding of content calendars and marketing workflowsTools & TechnologyGoogle Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Asana/ClickUp/Trello, Canva, Figma (nice-to-have), Adobe CC (nice-to-have), Buffer/Later/Hootsuite (nice-to-have)Please NOTEIt is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
