You'll be responsible for the entire ads ecosystem, from strategy to execution - with a focus on scaling paid social (primarily Meta), testing new creatives weekly, and driving measurable growth.You'll blend data-driven thinking with creative instinct, managing freelancers, UGC creators, and internal designers to continuously develop and test high-performing ads.What You'll DoOwn and scale MAGIC's paid acquisition channels, primarily Meta (Facebook & Instagram), with potential to expand into other channelsLead creative strategy: develop hypotheses, create briefs, manage UGC creators, and collaborate with designers to test new concepts weeklyAnalyse performance data, identify winning patterns, and optimise creatives and audiences to improve ROAS and CPAMaintain a structured testing roadmap across ad formats, audiences, and messaging anglesWork closely with the CMO to plan monthly budgets and revenue forecastsReport on ad performance and insights weekly - turning data into actionable creative directionBuild and manage a small network of freelancers and creators to ensure a constant flow of new ad contentOwn creative analytics tools (e.g. Triple Whale, Meta Ads Manager) and develop dashboards to measure performanceStay on top of DTC and paid social trends, applying best practices to keep MAGIC's ads fresh and competitiveCreate content for organic social (or work with external designers & editors to do so)Requirements3+ years' experience in performance marketing, ideally in a DTC or e-commerce startup, or working at an agency across multiple D2C accountsProven track record of profitably scaling Meta ad spend (£50k+/month)Deep understanding of creative strategy - from concept testing to editing and iterationStrong analytical mindset and confidence in Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and tracking platformsComfortable managing creators and freelancers to deliver ad content quicklyHighly organised, autonomous, and outcome-drivenPassionate about fitness, tech, and growthHuge bonus if you are a designer/content creator too, but not essentialBenefitsCompetitive salaryShare Options in the companyAn impact from day one.
