We produce engaging short-form content for clients. Content that doesn’t just look good, but actually converts attention into action.We’re looking for a creative who isn’t here to just “edit videos”.We need someone who can think. Feel. Conceptualise.Someone who understands that a 45-sec video is actually a story arc.This is a part-time role (approx. 30 hours/week)Pay: $20/hr—What you will actually do:ideate content concepts based on client brand directionoutline storyline + shot listshoots the content (A-roll & B-roll ideas)edit short-form videos that engage AND convertadapt format + pacing depending on platform (TikTok vs IG)This is not a “just pass the brief to me” role.We want someone who can take 1 message… and translate it into an engaging, Tiktok/Instagram-friendly video.—You’re a good fit if:you watch content differently than normal viewersyou pay attention to framing, pacing, texture, movementyou love storytelling in secondsyou prefer quality over mass postingyou believe content can be both artistic AND commercially smart—Who you’ll be creating for:Clients (mostly real estate agents) who want content with depth, perspective, and commercial impact, not generic “tutorial reels”.—Application Process: 1.
