Creative Project Manager £35-£40k

A leading business transformation consultancy based in the heart of Mayfair is looking for a talented Project/Events Manager to support their dynamic project team to deliver impactful client programmes on time and on budget. If you have both project management and event management experience and are passionate about helping big businesses thrive in an ever-changing landscape, read on…Working with FTSE 100 clients, as Project/Events Manager your role will be to organise client workshops and events both across the UK and globally that deliver a great experience with lasting impact for the client. Working to tight deadlines in an ever-changing environment, your duties will include:Day to day project management and coordination of activity for the project teamConducting and collating research and gathering creative stimulusWorking alongside Event Producers for large scale eventsBuilding strong relationships both internally and externallyOverseeing budgets for each projectProject and team administration including managing the team diary and travelSupporting strategic internal initiativesUK and worldwide travelTo be considered for this role, you must have:Experience of project management within a similar people focused environmentA degree (or equivalent)The ability to work at pace and with accuracy in an incredibly busy roleA creative mind and love of innovationMS Office 365 skills with Photoshop/InDesign an advantageA proven background managing people centric projects or eventsThis hybrid role with 3 days in the office each week is based in a hard-working, intellectually creative and dynamic environment. You must be happy with occasional travel and will need to work outside standard office hours as the business requires.
