Job Title: Creative Services Specialist (Traffic Lead)Team: Thread CreativeLocation: LATAM Full Time (40 hrs per week) OverviewThread Creative is PTC’s internal creative agency, a full-service, multi-disciplinary team that powers strategic marketing campaigns through design, content, and video. As we scale our operations and refine our workflows, we’re seeking a Creative Services Specialist to lead traffic and project coordination across all creative disciplines. This role is pivotal in ensuring that projects are scoped accurately, resourced efficiently, and delivered on time, while fostering collaboration across design, content, and video teams.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Intake & Workflow ManagementOwn the intake process for all creative requests via Adobe Workfront, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with campaign goals.Partner with Growth Marketing and Portfolio teams to translate briefs into actionable creative deliverables.Assign projects to appropriate team members based on skillset, availability, and vertical alignment.Traffic & Resource CoordinationManage daily traffic meetings and dashboards to monitor project status, timelines, and blockers.Collaborate with Creative PMs and Art Directors to adjust timelines and reallocate resources as needed.Maintain visibility into team bandwidth and proactively flag capacity constraints.Cross-Functional CollaborationServe as the central liaison between creative teams and stakeholders across marketing, web, and events.Facilitate kickoff meetings and ensure alignment on scope, deliverables, and timelines.Support campaign planning by providing input on feasibility, sequencing, and resource needs.Process Optimization & ReportingTrack KPIs related to project throughput, on-time delivery, and stakeholder satisfaction.Identify and implement process improvements that enhance creative operations.Qualifications5+ years of experience in creative project management, traffic coordination, or agency operations.Deep familiarity with Adobe Workfront or similar project management tools.Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.Strategic mindset with a passion for operational excellence.Preferred SkillsExperience in B2B marketing or in-house creative teams.Familiarity with creative production workflows across design, content, and video.Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in complex projects.
