Here we also encourage authenticity and fun to fully embrace being human in a driven and result-focused environment to make things happen and ensure the dream becomes a reality.Come enjoy the journey with us and become a Cove Superstar!Job Title: Creative & Social Media Executive Job-Type: Full-timeReports To: Marketing & Regional Creative Assistant ManagerLocation: SingaporeKey ResponsibilitiesIncrease brand visibility and recall by creating memorable content and creative assets, while maintaining brand consistencyIncrease website traffic through social media initiativesManage any existing social media intern and monitor their development, as well as liaise with part-time manpowerWhat You’ll Be DoingPhotography:Operating of camera equipments for photoshoots to capture high quality imagesEditing of photographs e.g. colour grading, touch-ups, digital imagingStaging and styling properties for shootsOversee and capture creative assets for the property, including lifestyle photos website and social mediaMaintaining and updating of property photo/video libraryOperation of VR equipment and 3D capturing of property (training provided)Maintenance of staging propsVideographyPre-production: conceptualizing and storyboardingProduction: operating camera equipment for video production shoots e.g. home tours for IG Reels and lifestyle TikTok contentPost-production: editing videos (assembling footage, colour grading, adding visual effects and animation)Social MediaManage Cove’s regional organic social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) and tenant social app, from strategy to content planning and execution with a focus on growth and engagementLeading brainstorming meetings and providing fresh ideas and visual concepts for social media contentMonthly social media reportingEventsWork with the Tenant Experience Management team to organise events for tenants such as workshops, social events, community giveaways, etc.Create content during community events e.g. video- and photo-takingThis job description is not intended to be all inclusive and the employee will also perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by the Marketing & Regional Creative Assistant Manager.Essential RequirementsPrior experience in photography and social media managementCompleted a diploma or undergraduate course in Communications, Design, Marketing or related fieldExperienced user of Adobe Suite and/or other video editing softwaresFluent in English with good copywriting skillsHas a creative eye and attention to detailResourceful, flexible, and proactiveNot afraid to go out of comfort zoneTeam playerNice-to-havesExperience in Travel & Hospitality or Real Estate PhotographyExperience in production workflows and video shootsExperience in event organization and community building
