We’re looking for a new Creative Strategist, to help us develop content concepts that fuel growth for our e-commerce clients.If you see yourself as a creative thinker who knows how to turn trends into powerful ad concepts, you may have found your perfect role!We build and operate the full-funnel growth infrastructure behind high-performing DTC brands, combining performance creative, paid media, funnels and retention into one profit-focused system, and we are looking for a new remote creative strategist to help us scale.Our team is young, innovative, fun, and forward-thinking. Even though we work remotely, we maintain a great culture with plenty of opportunities to connect and collaborate.We help brands grow their business by creating ad content that actually works in today’s fast-changing algorithm environment. Our clients love us because what we do doesn’t just look good - it drives real revenue and profit.We are currently working with big Swedish brands and scandinavian brandsWhat Skills You Need:Experience working with short-form social content (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)Strong understanding of trends, hooks, and storytelling in direct-response advertisingAbility to take a trend/ad format and extrapolate it into different concepts for multiple clientsGood communicator: able to brief video editors clearly and translate strategy into executable creative ideasStrong eye for what works in e-commerce advertising (scroll-stopping intros, UGC-style, POV, problem/solution, etc.)A balance of creativity + structure (comfortable working with SOPs, templates, and AI tools, but also adding your own creative spin)Passionate about staying on top of the latest content trends and platform updates (e.g. Meta’s Andromeda algorithm)Your Role:Develop creative concepts and hooks for e-commerce ad campaignsSpot new content trends and adapt them to our clients’ brandsWork with existing SOPs, templates, and AI tools to streamline idea generationCollaborate with video editors, ensuring ideas are executed at a high quality levelDeliver clear briefs for editors and provide feedback on iterationsWork closely with the team to ensure creative aligns with campaign goalsHelp ensure our clients always have a flow of fresh content to feed the algorithmsYou will have access to some of the best training in the world, and will see progression if you want it.
