We deliver fresh video and static performance creatives weekly, helping to revitalize account performance, identify new opportunities, and scale effectively. Our agile and remote team spans three time zones, collaborating to drive client success in the Direct to consumer market.Position Overview:We are looking for a Creative Strategist with deep expertise in Meta ads and a robust background in e-commerce advertising. As a creative bridge between our clients and our internal team, including Content Coordinator, Video Editors, and Graphic Designers, you will be the creative engine in deploying effective creative strategies that scale. Your role involves crafting video scripts, conducting market research, data analysis regarding performance and iteration opportunities and briefing both static and video ads to connect with diverse audiences globally.Key Responsibilities:The creative member where new video’s and statics startAnalyze ad performance to continuously refine and optimize strategies.Write and optimize video scripts based on targeted research.Collaborate closely with the creative team to translate ideas into final ads.Present and articulate creative strategies to clients, ensuring alignment with their visions and creative expectations.Explore new creative concepts for testing, identify iteration opportunities, and leverage successful concepts.Write comprehensive briefs for the delivery team to execute on videos and static creatives.Review initial deliverables to ensure top-tier quality.Work closely with clients to ensure brand coherence in creative outputs.Propose innovative visual elements, hooks, and effects for brand content.Requirements:Proven track record as a Creative Strategist, specifically in Meta advertising.Expertise in generating user-generated content (UGC) and creative content for e-commerce platforms.Fluent in English and Native Dutch.
