Creative Strategist

We’re a premium brand designing beautiful, meaningful prayer mats and Islamic accessories for Muslims worldwide. Our mission is to elevate the experience of prayer through thoughtful design and storytelling, and we need a creative strategist to architect how that story shows up across channels and drives growth.What you’ll own• Build the brand narrative and content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, email, and site• Turn insights into clear creative briefs and campaign concepts that ladder up to business goals• Plan channel calendars, set hypotheses, and run structured tests to learn fast• Identify trends early, translate them into brand-right ideas, and kill what doesn’t work• Partner with design, content, and performance marketing to ship campaigns end to end• Define success metrics, analyze results, and convert data into next-step recommendations• Develop partnerships with creators and community voices that fit our values• Maintain a tight feedback loop with customers to inform messaging and product storytellingWhat you bring• Strategic thinker with a strong creative point of view and taste• Proven experience growing brand accounts and shipping campaigns that move numbers• Fluency in social media culture and short-form storytelling• Comfortable with hypotheses, testing, and making calls based on evidence• Excellent written English; clear communicator in async environments• Based in Dubai; hybrid remote• Able to commit ~10 hours/week to startWhy this role• Purpose-driven category with room to define the standard• Flexible hours, direct impact, and growth as we scaleHow to applySend your portfolio or 3–5 links to brand social accounts you’ve led, plus a short note on a campaign you’d replicate or retire for us and why.
