Job Title: Creative Strategy HeadLocation: GurugramExperience: 5+ years in advertising, branded content, or influencer marketingReports To: Business Head- Influencer MarketingRole Overview-The Creative Strategy Head will lead the agency’s creative vision and strategy across all influencer-driven campaigns. This role combines deep cultural insight, storytelling expertise, and platform intelligence to build thumb-stopping, insight-driven ideas that drive brand relevance and measurable impact. You’ll partner closely with strategy, client servicing, influencer relations, and production teams to shape creative narratives that convert creators into brand evangelists.Key Responsibilities-Creative & Strategic LeadershipDefine the creative direction for influencer-led campaigns across categories (FMCG, fashion, tech, lifestyle, auto, etc.).Translate brand objectives into powerful storytelling ideas tailored to each platform (Instagram, YouTube, X, Snapchat, etc.).Lead brainstorming sessions and mentor creative strategists, copywriters, and designers to craft culturally resonant ideas.Build proprietary creative frameworks that merge trend analysis, data insights, and consumer behaviour.Partner with influencer, creative and media teams to ensure creative and creator selection align seamlessly.Campaign DevelopmentOversee concept notes, content calendars, creator briefs, and integrated campaign decks.Collaborate with influencer marketing managers to co-create branded content that feels native, relatable, and shareable.Review and refine campaign ideas, ensuring consistency in tonality, storytelling, and execution.Lead the creative articulation for brand pitches and new business proposals.Platform & Trend IntelligenceStay ahead of digital and pop-culture trends, creator behaviour shifts, and evolving audience interests.Develop playbooks for new-age content formats (UGC, reels, live commerce, micro-series, etc.).Leverage performance data to optimize creative frameworks and storytelling styles.Leadership & CollaborationBuild and manage a team of creative strategists and content leads.Collaborate cross-functionally with media, creative, influencer management, and production.Represent the agency’s creative voice in client meetings, industry events, and thought-leadership initiatives.Requirements5+ years of experience in advertising, branded content, or digital strategy.Proven experience leading influencer or creator-driven campaigns.Strong understanding of storytelling, consumer behaviour, and platform algorithms.Exceptional presentation, communication, and client-facing skills.Deep familiarity with creators across categories and regions (macro to micro).Ability to balance creative flair with business thinking—idea + ROI mindset.Nice to Have-Experience in short-form video production or scripting for influencers.An established POV on pop culture, meme culture, and internet sub-communities.Prior agency or network experience with exposure to brand strategy and creative production.Success Metrics-Campaign impact (engagement, reach, sentiment uplift).New business wins and creative pitch conversions.Creator and client satisfaction scores.Innovation benchmarks (new content formats, IPs, or brand collabs launched).
