Location: RemoteSalary Range: BDT 80,000 - 120,000 (Based on experience and portfolio quality)We're seeking a talented Creative Video Editor to join our performance marketing team. This role focuses on creating high-impact, short-form video ad creatives that drive engagement, conversions, and measurable results across paid social and search platforms. You'll work closely with Performance Marketers and the marketing team members to produce thumb-stopping content optimized for platforms like Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & EditingEdit and produce high-performing short-form ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Display campaignsDevelop thumb-stopping creatives optimized for engagement, lead generation, and conversionTransform static assets into engaging motion content using template-based and custom editing approachesUtilize B-roll footage, sound design, captions, and advanced editing techniques to enhance storytelling and viewer retentionCollaboration & StrategyPartner with Performance Marketers and creative stakeholders to refine ad concepts and ensure alignment with performance goalsCollaborate with marketing teams to develop and refine video concepts that support advertisement strategies and conversion objectivesParticipate in iterative testing and optimization based on ad performance dataTechnical ExecutionLeverage emerging AI-powered tools (e.g., Runway, Luma Labs, Google Veo, ElevenLabs, Sora) to improve creative storytelling and workflow efficiencyApply audio editing, basic color correction, and music effects tailored for social platformsEnsure all video content meets quality standards and is delivered within deadlinesRequired Qualifications3+ years of proven experience working in a performance marketing agency environment5+ years creating high-performing ad creatives for paid social and paid search3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and related plugins/programsProficiency in motion graphics, visual effects, color grading, sound design, and post-production processesStrong portfolio showcasing performance-driven ad creatives across diverse formats for Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and other platformsDemonstrated ability to produce high-quality ad creatives under tight deadlines in fast-paced environmentsProficiency with template-based video editing tools (Canva, CapCut)Deep understanding of best editing practices for paid social and paid search campaignsExperience editing reels and short-form videos optimized for both organic and paid social performance Application Process:Applicants must send their portfolio and resume to career@adgo.agency .
