Creative Video Editor

What You'll Do:Edit and assemble recorded raw video material into a polished finished product suitable for publishing.Create engaging videos, animations, and multimedia content for marketing campaigns, social media, internal communications, and more.Apply sound design, music, transitions, and effects to enhance storytelling and viewer experience.Manage video projects from pre-production to post-production, ensuring timelines and deadlines are met.Optimize video and multimedia content for different platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, website, email campaigns).Stay updated on current trends, tools, and techniques in multimedia production and editing.Maintain proper file management and video archiving processes.Who We're Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Film Production, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience in video editing and multimedia production.Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).Strong sense of timing, visual awareness, and storytelling.Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.A strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing previous video editing and multimedia work.Why Work With Us?At APEC Homes, we're more than just a real estate company; we're a family committed to building quality communities.
