One day you might be coordinating shoots and inhouse photography and the next you be redesigning brands and packaging. Your role is ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
You’ll work side-by-side with the head of the department and the Creative Director. Working with trusted suppliers, making sure every detail aligns with our clients’ vision. If you love variety, thrive on collaboration, and want to see your work come to life in some of the most high-profile spaces in the world—this is your stage. What You’ll DoTurn ideas into action plans—preparing cost estimates, purchase orders, and profit & loss reports. Keep client in the loop with clear, friendly, and professional communication.

About YouYou might be early in your career, but you’re ready to learn, adapt, and make an impact. Ideally, you: Be a junior Project Manager or Project Manager from an agency, inhouse or publishing. Love building relationships and solving problems. Experience across social, content, retail, and ideally coordinating shoots if possible! A love of fashion and beautyAre organised, detail-focused, and thrive under deadlines. Are creative, collaborative, and happy to travel when needed.
