Together we are working on creating something meaningful - pure fulfillment for your career!This is what we need you forKey ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management Plan and execute creator campaigns across product launches, promotions, and events—owning timelines, creative briefs, assets, and deliverables.Creator Relationship Management Identify, engage, and nurture long-term partnerships with influencers and content creators in the TCG, tabletop, and pop culture spaces.Creative Coordination Collaborate with internal creative and marketing teams to deliver campaign-ready assets, align messaging, and ensure brand consistency across creator content.Performance Tracking & Reporting Monitor campaign results using tools like Meltwater, Klear, or similar. Report on reach, engagement, sentiment, and ROI to continuously improve outreach strategies.Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with marketing, community, PR, and product teams to align influencer efforts with broader marketing goals and product roadmaps.Event Activation Support Support creator engagement at conventions, pre-release events, and product launches—including outreach, coordination, and onsite creator relations.Trend & Community Insights Stay plugged into creator trends, platform shifts, and relevant conversations in the tabletop and toy space to keep our strategy ahead of the curve.This is what you can score highly withRequirements3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent relations, or creator partnerships, ideally in tabletop, gaming, or entertainment.Deep understanding of the TCG and board game creator ecosystem (e.g., Disney Lorcana, Magic: The Gathering, D&D, Pokémon TCG, etc.).Familiarity with social platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, and X/Twitter.Experience using campaign management or tracking tools (e.g., Meltwater, Klear, Muck Rack, or similar).Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Passion for gaming, puzzles, and play—especially with a "kidult" audience in mind.Preferred QualificationsExperience executing creator campaigns for game or toy publishers.Familiarity with project management tools.Experience working with international creators or multilingual audiences.Comfort with both B2C and B2B creator strategies (e.g., retail activations, industry influencers).
