Join the Lavender TeamWe’re hiring a Credentialing Manager to lead our credentialing function and ensure timely, accurate onboarding of Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) across the United States.This PH-based remote role is responsible for overseeing all credentialing and re-credentialing processes in compliance with payer, licensing, and accreditation standards (NCQA, CMS, Medicaid/Medicare, and state licensing boards). You’ll lead a small but high-performing team of Credentialing Coordinators, develop scalable workflows, and collaborate closely with our Billing, Recruiting, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless payer enrolment and provider onboarding.The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and proven team leader who understands the credentialing life cycle across multiple states and payers.
