This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, and values collaboration.What You'll DoAs a Credit Analyst, You'll Be At The Center Of Balancing Financial Risk With Strong Customer Relationships. You'll Work Closely With Clients And Colleagues Across Departments ToManage customer credit through daily risk analysis and control.Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers while supporting company goals.Drive positive cash flow by achieving collection targets and managing receivables.Safeguard company assets by minimizing bad debts while enabling sales growth.Review and approve credit limits and payment terms.Continuously improve negotiation and collection techniques to optimize results.Collaborate effectively with other teams to support healthy communication and problem-solving.Maintain accurate customer files, reconcile accounts, and resolve issues quickly.What You Bring2+ years of experience in credit analysis, collections, or risk management.Strong analytical, investigative, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.Solid time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Post-secondary education in Credit, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration is an asset.Why Join?
