It includes performing key credit administration functions and providing support to the broader credit team to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant credit decisioning.What you'll be doing:Analyse financial information, counterparty credit risk, asset risk and security structure of corporate transactions brought in by the Business Development & Relationship teamsPrepare credit memorandum and approve within the DLA (Delegated Lending Authority) or refer with recommendation to Senior Credit Manager when outside the DLAManage & analyse SME credit application submitted via scorecardEnsure credit applications (corporate and SME) approved are in line with the company Credit PolicyEnsure MLA/MFLA documentation is executed correctly and saved in line with the company policyManage PPSR Registration and DischargeMaintain strong communication with stakeholders in the credit process to ensure credit issues are identified and resolved as soon as practicable to enable timely delivery of credit decisions with set SLA'sManage and prioritise workflows depending on urgency and priorityABOUT YOU:3+ years' experience in similar role preferably in Auto-Finance environmentSound financial analysis skills and credit judgement Ability to advocate succinctly key risk issues and solutions in verbal and written communicationA strong sense of empathy for business development and acute commercial orientation to develop practicable solutions to address credit issues without exposing FleetPartners to unnecessary risksExcellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to liaise with team members, staff across the business and external stakeholdersTechnical Skills:Intermediate working knowledge and capability with Microsoft Office in particular Excel and PowerPoint program experience Problem solving abilityMaintain sound credit lending standards High degree of accuracy and attention to detail in relation to financial calculations, credit verifications and all matters associated with the preparation of credit memorandumCommunication Skills:Demonstrated ability to develop co-operation and teamworkArticulate verbal and written communication skillsExcellent negotiation skillsAbility to listen effectively and accept constructive feedback and action as requiredAbility to liaise with all levels of employees throughout an organisationPersonal Management Skills:Good time management skillsAbility to deliver to deadlinesCustomer focus both internally & externallyAbility work in a dynamic environment and under opposition at timesAbility to learn new tasks and grasp concepts quicklyPuts in extra effort as required to get the job done Ability to take ownership of resultsTHE PERKS:Our employee benefits are continually evolving to meet the needs of our people.
