As the Credit Analyst, you will build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of customer accounts, initiating collections, processing their credit applications and payments, and assessing risk.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesAs the Credit Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:Regularly notify customers of overdue accountsAssist customers with account reconciliation and invoice dispute resolutionResolve collection issues by making payment arrangements with customersAssess risk and process credit applicationsWork closely with Sales team to build and maintain positive customer relationshipsPrepare reports and maintain accurate records and files related to collectionsRecommend further action in cases where payment is not forthcomingRequired Skills & QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:5 years of prior work experience related to credit or accounts receivableCCP designation or enrollment in CCP program is a strong assetStrong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic environmentHighly adaptable and resourceful with strong critical thinking skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailSelf-starter with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervisionBenefits & PerksLeavitt Machinery is proud to offer competitive compensation and flexible benefits coverage for all eligible employees, including an employer matching RRSP plan:Company paid medical health care plan for you and your dependentsDental plan, vision plan, and prescription drug coverageAnnual health care spending accountLife insurance, disability insurance, and travel insurance – 100% employer paidSick leave plan – 100% employer paidEmployee assistance programsRRSP matchingOngoing professional development opportunitiesThe base pay range for this role is: $57,000 to $65,000 annually, depending on experience, plus bonuses.This is a hybrid role based in London, Ontario.
