Credit Analyst

A highly reputable and well-established organization is seeking a Senior Credit Analyst to join their finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company that values innovation, accuracy, and process improvement.About the Role:The Senior Credit Analyst will play a key role in managing and maintaining the company’s credit portfolio, supporting ongoing credit facilitation, and contributing to process automation and ERP optimization. This role focuses on credit analysis, maintenance, and systems improvements — not collections.Key Responsibilities:Conduct regular credit reviews and assess credit limits for new and existing customersMonitor and maintain accounts, identifying and flagging any customers outside of standard credit termsManage all aspects of credit facilitation to support business operations and financial controlsAssist with potential credit policy changes and provide recommendations based on financial data and risk analysisSupport the implementation and setup of the credit module within the company’s new ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365)Collaborate with IT and finance teams to automate and streamline reporting processesAct as a technical subject matter expert — leveraging strong system and Excel skills to enhance data visibility and efficiencyProvide insights and reporting to management to support strategic decision-makingQualifications:5+ years of experience in credit analysis or related finance roleStrong understanding of credit risk assessment and financial reportingProficiency with ERP systems — experience with Dynamics 365 and/or Epicor is a strong assetAdvanced Excel and data management skills (comfortable building reports and automations)Excellent analytical thinking, accuracy, and attention to detailStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionallyTech-savvy and proactive — enjoys problem-solving and system improvements
