We make products for the data center, utility, industrial, commercial, machine building, residential, aerospace and mobility markets.What You’ll DoThis role will be responsible for assessing and managing the credit exposure as well as timely collection of payments for EA customers. He/she is also responsible for reviewing EA contract clauses specifically related to finance, highlight deviations, communication and negotiating clauses and ensure approvals are obtained per process requirement. Cross functional partners including legal, customer service, sales, Treasury as well as external customers and insurance brokers to facilitate project tender contract review process and ensure contract reviewed are tracked and delivered timely. Also manage the project billing progress with stakeholders. Strong commercial knowledge, manage on customer credit limit review and support project bidding on financial terms review.Communicate and review with cross-functional partners, customers and insurance on finance contract terms and ensure contract reviews are tracked, deviations appropriately approved per internal process and agreed financial documentation delivered timely.Responsible for banker Guarantee submission, guarantee negotiation with Treasury and sales and final issuance.Collaborate with sales for proactive payment collection as well as timely billing on milestone billing projects to meet company working capital targets and keeping the credit exposure low. Traveling is required.Daily review on customers on credit hold and perform system releasesPerform credit limit and term review for new and existing customers through analyzing financial data, understanding of market practices, determining the business risk and assessing the current projected sales to set appropriate credit limit and provide recommendation on credit term.Adhoc project and audit support required.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent.At least 4 years’ finance experience in a credit analyst position, excellent financial and credit analysis skills, good knowledge of credit risk management and control conceptsStrong commercial knowledge and has experience in support project bidding on financial terms review.Experience in banker guarantee submission, guarantee negotiation with Treasury and sales and final issuance.Good facilitation and negotiation skillsExperience in a similar industry will be advantageous, as will work experience in a multinational company.Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, prioritize and meet tight deadlines.Able to travelExperience in SAP is preferredLanguage: English, Bahasa Melayu, Bahasa Indonesia, MandarinGood in ExcelGood communication and negotiation skills.
