JumpCloud® is IT Simplified.About the Role:We’re looking for a high-energy, hands-on Credit and Collections Manager who has experience with billing and collection activities, managing accounts receivables and DSO, , creating world class credit, billing and collections processes, and managing a team of billing, collection and AR analysts. The ideal candidate can think strategically on a process level and also execute in the details.  Join our small but mighty and expanding team to help establish the processes and procedures that will support JumpCloud as we continue to expand globally.What you’ll be doing:Oversee the day-to-day work of collections to ensure that all accounts are followed up on in a timely manner, and keep collections activity accurate and up to dateOversight of Billing & Collections Team; coach and train team as needed to ensure high quality and efficient productivity. Decision maker on escalated customer issuesCommunicate and correspond with customers and sales representatives to question and/or investigate past-due or unpaid invoicesProvides invoice copies and supporting documents to customersResearch and resolve all customer billing disputesProvide regular reporting to Management on outstanding AR by CustomerCompiles and completes month end reporting, including Allowance for Doubtful accountsProvide recommendations for settlement and payment plan optionsEvaluate and create standard operating procedures for collection/recovery solutionsWork closely with Management to identify, escalate, and resolve collections issuesManage and continuously improve processes for collecting funds, and for keeping accounts receivables current and accurate from both invoicing and payment applicationsHelp improve our DSO and reduce bad debtRequired Qualifications:6+ years of collection experience; 3 + years of collections management experience supervising a teamDemonstrated experience and knowledge of the order to cash processesExperience in business-to-business collections preferredExcellent decision-making, communication, and leadership skillsYou are a problem solver, leading from the front while bringing creativity and efficiencyAbility to effectively present information verbally and in writingStrong attention to detailCustomer service mindsetNetsuite experience preferredHigh proficiency in ExcelPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experienceWhere you’ll be working/Location:JumpCloud® is committed to being Remote First, meaning that you are able to work remotely within the country noted in the Job Description.This role is remote in the country of Mexico.
