Credit Control and Operation Specialist (International Market)

We are looking for an Credit Control & Operation Specialist to join us on our Journey for the future of mobility!How You Will Contribute:In this role, you are expected to:Being fully responsible for coordinating the financial operations of the international dealer network and being responsible for the risk management processFollowing the current accounts of the customers, to make regular reconciliations and account analyzesManage and monitor all Eximbank and Atradius credit insurance processes, including periodic turnover notifications, monitoring and updating limits as needed, and taking necessary actions to ensure timely payment of invoices received from insurance companies.Ensure the repatriation of export proceeds and handle all IBKB processes; record all related transactions accurately in SAP.Prepare and send necessary instructions and IBKB forms for customs declarations or tax notifications received from authorities.Reconcile all export bank accounts at month-end and ensure accuracy.Prepare all necessary bank instructions related to export accounts.Record incoming payments accurately, match them with the correct invoices, and post them to the right accountsBeing responsible from preparation of monthly regular aging receivable and risk reportsRecording of invoices into the system related with all international commercial goods return, price differences, etc.Approving dealer orders according to credit limitsFollowing days sales outstanding, analysis of overdue, collections and debts.Before You Come on Board:We believe you will fit well if you haveBachelor’s degree from Management/Economics or relevant fieldAdvanced level of written and spoken English is a mustMin 5 years of experience in relevance fieldPreferably with experience in SAP FI moduleGood knowledge of MS Office,Strong communication skills. team-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for learning.What Is in This Journey for You?Hybrid working opportunityWith our Future of Work focused approach, we provide work-from-home allowance, communication and ergonomy packages, online sports, mental health, and dietician support.
