Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible.Full-time opportunities in Belgium By applying, you will become part of our Talent Community for future Credit Control opportunities with EssilorLuxottica in Belgium, a market leader shaping the future of eyewear and innovation.Your role The role will involve driving improvements to credit risk management and operating procedures whilst building effective working relationships with the commercial side of the business and our external customers.Main ResponsibilitiesPrepare monthly reports on aged debt and overdue debt, DSO, cash flow, credits processed and provision for losses for Belgium. Support the Shared service Center in reconciling AR balances, manage and resolve every financial discrepancy between our and Customers’ accounts. Collaborate with the Local and North Europe Finance team, stakeholders and internal business partners. Oversee the bi-monthly invoicing to the customers. Build effective business relationships with customers to maximize cash collection whilst minimizing risks. Support on master data management. Main RequirementsPrevious experience in Account Receivables, Credit Control, Order-to-Cash. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch, French and English. Customer orientation. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines. Strong communication and team working skills. Ability to problem solve and work in a logical manner. Experience with SAP System is preferable but not essential.
