Credit Controller

We are seeking a Credit Controller to join a dynamic, well-established international business based in Limassol operating in the insurance sector. The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day credit control tasks to ensure collection targets set by the CFO and management team are achieved. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESChase debts by telephone and email at scheduled intervals, recording progress. Debtors may include brokers or directly insured clients across multiple international locations and currencies.Collaborate closely with underwriters to resolve issues relating to unpaid balances and unallocated receipts.Provide weekly summary reports on key credit control indicators and updates on aged debts.Manage payments of commissions, brokerage, and credit balance repayments.Assist other credit control teams or companies as required.CANDIDATE PROFILEMinimum three years’ experience in credit control.Experience in the insurance market is advantageous.Numerate with the ability to interpret complex debtor balances.Strong Excel skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.Proactive, with a strong sense of initiative.Able to work independently while also being a supportive team player.COMPANY BENEFITSAttractive remuneration package.Family Medical Insurance.Provident Fund.Life Insurance.Discretionary Annual Bonus.26 Days Annual Leave.Supportive and professional working environment with opportunities for growth.
