If so, this is the role for you.As Service Delivery – Order to Cash Staff you will be responsible for end-to-end process on dedicated portfolio of customers.This role will provide you the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career. These responsibilities include some of the following:Conduct regular financial risk assessment reviews of our strategic partners on dedicated marketsSupport resolution of customer queries and maintain excellent business relations with our partnersCollaborate with internal departments - Customer Service, Finance stakeholders, reporting analysts, tax experts, compliance team, auditors and othersSupport other streams within O2C structures with end-to-end process review and analysisParticipate in internal reporting of KPIs to the line managerWhy you?Basic Qualifications:We are looking for diligent, accountable agents, ready to develop their careers in finance world.If below applies to you, you might be the perfect match for us:Very good communication skillsFocus on details and overall diligence at workBasic knowledge of MS ExcelFluency in English - B2/C1 level requiredPreferred Qualifications:If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:Bachelor’s degree in Finance or EconomicsKnowledge of elementary accountingGood time management skillsKnowledge of the end to end finance processWhy Haleon?Innovation and development are one of our core values.
